The Learning Gardens is growing more than plants—we’re growing community. From our youth programs that nurture the next generation of leaders, to events like the Texas Permaculture Expo that inspire sustainable living, our work is bigger than any one of us. Whether you volunteer your time, offer in-kind donations, or provide monetary sponsorships, your support helps us continue creating spaces where people connect, learn, and grow together.
We are seeking to raise at least $1,000 to support the Main Stage, where keynote speakers and featured presentations will take place throughout the event. Funds will go toward presenter gifts and essential supplies to create a welcoming, functional, and inspiring space for learning and connection. The Main Stage is a central gathering point and a highlight of the weekend.
Sponsors contributing $1,000 or more will receive a full banner displayed at the Main Stage. Multiple sponsors are also welcome to contribute smaller amounts to help us meet or exceed our goal. If the full amount isn’t raised, all contributors will still be acknowledged with smaller signage in the stage area. Additional funds raised will further enhance the presenter experience and the quality of the presentation space.
We are seeking to raise at least $1,000 to support the kitchen area, where we will host engaging demonstrations such as beeswax salve making, fermentation, canning, and Dutch oven cooking. These hands-on sessions are a highlight of the event, drawing in curious and enthusiastic attendees.
Sponsors contributing $1,000 or more will receive a full banner displayed in the kitchen demo area. Multiple sponsors are welcome to contribute smaller amounts (minimum $200), and contributions can include a mix of cash and in-kind donations. If the $1,000 goal is not fully met, all supporters will still be acknowledged with smaller signage in the kitchen area. Any additional funds raised will go toward enhancing the kitchen space and expanding demonstration offerings.
We are seeking to raise $1,000 to support the registration booth, the first stop for every participant. This sponsorship helps offset ticket costs, making the event more accessible by covering early bird and sliding scale discounts. A full $1,000 sponsor will receive prominent banner placement at the registration area, seen by every attendee upon arrival. Multiple sponsors may also contribute smaller amounts to reach this goal. If the full amount isn’t met, all contributors will still be recognized with smaller signage at the booth and on event materials.
Join us in empowering attendees with hands-on, self-directed learning experiences by sponsoring a station on the Permaculture Skill Builder Trail. This trail features simple, impactful DIY projects that teach essential permaculture skills—from creating watering stations for pollinators to crafting seed balls and planting native species.
Each station sponsorship is $200 and includes a sign displayed at the sponsored booth recognizing your support.
Multiple sponsors are also welcome to contribute smaller amounts to help us meet or exceed our goal. If the full amount isn’t raised, all contributors will still be acknowledged with smaller signage on the Permaculture Skill Builder Trail.
By sponsoring a station, you’ll help foster community engagement and demonstrate your commitment to environmental stewardship—while gaining valuable exposure to a passionate audience dedicated to sustainability.
Support one station or contribute to multiple—together, we can cultivate skills and grow a greener future.
The Learning Gardens is currently seeking a Power Sponsor for the upcoming Texas Permaculture Expo. As an off-grid site without access to traditional electricity, our energy limitations present a unique opportunity for a sustainable or off-grid energy company to demonstrate their technology in a real-world setting. By providing power for the event, the sponsor will gain high-visibility exposure among a targeted audience passionate about regenerative living and sustainable solutions. This partnership offers a dynamic platform to showcase innovation while directly supporting the mission of the Expo.
We gratefully accept in-kind donations to help make the Texas Permaculture Expo an unforgettable experience. Contributions like branded stickers, reusable bags, seed packets, eco-friendly promotional items, and other small materials are perfect for inclusion in our attendee swag bags. These thoughtful items not only enhance the participant experience but also offer your brand meaningful exposure to a passionate community dedicated to sustainability and regenerative living.
By donating in-kind materials, you’ll be supporting our mission while showcasing your commitment to environmental stewardship. Every contribution counts and helps us create a memorable event that inspires lasting impact.
